Bleu d’Auvergne AOP
Bleu d’Auvergne has the shape of a flat cylinder. It is a blue-veined cheese with a white to ivory coloured paste.
Used in salad sauce or soufflé, it is also ideal to put on a cheese platter because it does not break or run.
Ingredients : Pasteurised cow’s milk, Lactic and maturing ferments, Salt
