An atypical taste of freshly drained fresh cheese
Traditional fresh cheese, made in Normandy. Firm texture with its pieces of curd from manual moulding, and atypical taste of freshly drained fresh cheese. It is made using traditional draining in bags, directly from the farmer who carefully looks after his cows while collecting the milk.
