The production of these great cheeses goes back more than a thousand years. These large wheels of cheese represented a way of preserving food for the long, harsh and very snowy winter months during which the roads were impassable.

It will perfectly complement your culinary preparations such as salads, quiches, gratins and fondues as well as your cheese platters.
