Epoisses AOP
Our Epoisses AOP is a soft cheese with a washed rind made from pasteurised milk. Soft to melting texture with local aromas, a spicy and rich taste.
This cheese can be enjoyed all year round and ideally at the end of a meal with a spoon (removing the rind or not, depending on taste!).
Ingredients : Pasteurised cow’s milk, Lactic ferments, Salt, Marc de Bourgogne
