Kouign Amann with Bordier Butter

Our Kouign Amann au Beurre Bordier is hand-made using traditional puff pastry folding techniques by our partner pastry-makers in the Côtes d’Armor region of Brittany.
Ingredients :Sugar, Churned Bordier Butter rekneaded unsalted, Wheat flour (GLUTEN), Water, Milk powder, Baker’s yeast, Salt from Guerande.
