Ewe’s tomme made by the Coopérative des Bergers du Larzac, Aveyron.

Delicate ewe flavour and floral taste.

Selected after 3 months of maturing at the producer, it is matured for a further 4 to 9 months in our humid cellars.

 

Ingredients : Thermised sheep’s milk, Lactic ferments, Rennet, Salt, Preservative: egg lysozyme
