Neufchâtel AOP
It is the oldest cheese from Normandy, it is mentioned in writings dating from 1035. Its rind is fluffy and bloomy. It is a smooth and soft cheese.
You can enjoy it in a salad, on puffed potatoes or simply with a slice of crusty country-style bread.
