Persillé de Chèvre
It is one of the rare French cheeses in the “bleus” family produced from goat’s milk. It has the shape of a small tomme, flat and supple cylinder. Its ash rind, slightly moist, darkens while continuing to mature.
The Persillé de Chèvre goes perfectly with a curly green salad sprinkled with a few sunflower seeds and sprigs of parsley.
Ingredients : Raw pasteurised goat’s milk, Lactic ferments, Rennet, Salt, Colouring: vegetable charcoal
