Petit Fiancé des Pyrénées
This cheese takes its name from the personal story of the cheesemaker who developed it and who wanted to dedicate it to the woman who would become his wife.
Its rind is orange in colour and is covered with a very fine white down. The suppleness of the cheese is favoured by regular washing with salted water in the maturing cellar.
The Petit Fiancé des Pyrénées is appreciated at the end of a meal on a piece of toasted bread.
