Saint-Marcellin IGP
It is a small 80g farm cheese from Dauphiné. The bluing of the mould on the crust, which can be seen during maturation, is the development that we seek and cultivate over the days in our cellars. Its paste is smooth, creamy and melting.
Cold in a salad, hot in a gratin, on a slice of fresh bread or as an aperitif, the combinations of flavours and texture with Saint Marcellin are numerous.
Ingredients : Raw cow’s milk, Lactic ferments, Rennet, Salt
