Saint Nectaire AOP Fermier


Saint-Nectaire is the symbol of the Auvergne terroir. The creaminess of its paste and its delicate hazelnut taste comes from maturing on rye straw in a humid atmosphere.
Mainly consumed at the end of a meal, this cheese is sometimes used in culinary preparations such as truffade, Auvergne tartiflette or Saint-Nectaire brioche.
