Under its thin and slightly wavy orange rind, reminiscent of a young Munster, this is a cheese with lactic notes, of moderate intensity due to its ageing process that does not enhance its bitterness.
Creamy at heart, it calls for being accompanied by a fig from Provence and why not a glass of red wine.
