Valençay AOP Fermier
This cheese is made with raw goat’s milk. It owes its ashy rind to a pulverization of charcoal powder during its manufacture. Like many ash goat cheeses, it is eaten fresh or dry.
It is the companion of all good times: aperitifs, snacks, snacks, end of meal.
Ingredients: Raw goat’s milk, Lactic ferments, Rennet, Salt, Colouring: vegetable charcoal
