The ingredients
• 3 eggs
• 100 gr caster sugar
• 1 water glass of whipping cream
• 150 gr fine flour
• ½ sachet yeast
• 125 gr Bordier Yuzu Butter
• 2 sachets vanilla sugar
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the whipping cream and mix. Add flour and baking powder, mix. Add the softened butter, cut into 8 pieces, and mix briskly.
Pour into a buttered or parchment paper-lined 20 cm cake tin. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50 minutes. Turn out while still warm.
