• 4 egg whites
Melt the butter until it reaches the hazelnut stage.
Pour flour, sugar and hazelnut powder into a mixing bowl and stir. Add cooled hazelnut butter and egg whites (not beaten). Mix with a spatula or whisk until smooth.
Fill molds halfway. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
